Hi all,

With time, we create more and more GRS. As for templates.

But deleting old GRS is more tricky in a sense because you don’t know the impact. Because you don’t know which one of them are still used in templates.

In the same way you check on a user which devices are linked, it would be great to do the same by clicking on a GRS, you see the templates related to it.

Cheers!

Hey @Charlene,

Thanks for the post! Interestingly enough, this is the second time this week we’ve received this question. I completely agree with you, we should surface this data in an obvious location. As a workaround, if you click to delete the GRS itself, it will show you what templates are linked to it. Please see the below screengrab.

When we do make changes to surface this data in a more obvious manner, I will be sure to reach back out.

Will the above suit your needs for a workaround?

Thank you,

Karen

I’ve never tried to delete a GRS I guess, unless this was added recently.  That is a great feature, but it would be nice if you could also click a menu item on each GRS to bring that list up without trying to delete it.  I have many automatically updated GRS through integrations and always wonder who is using them and where.
