As our business changes and people also I need to change the people who can complete the scheduled tasks. Helpdesk say that it is not possible to bulk amend who can complete schedules so this would be a great addition and would make it a lot simpler and efficient.

+2I would also be nice to be able to schedule a person for many templates in a single entry i.e. pick “Bob” and then pick 10 templates to be done by him one time or monthly or weekly
+2the work around we use here is great a group called “Joe team lead” (name and current roll) with only Joe in it and schedule the “Joe team lead” group for what ever he has to to when joe moves or leaves you remove him from the group and put his replacement in the group so the group now becomes “Jill team lead” with only Jill in it. This also helps for temp coverage i.e. while you are looking for a replacement.
