It would be useful to be able to set up evidence (media) as a response to custom questions created for issue categories'.
We have our employees report quality problems to our quality employees via the issues function, we require specific images in order to file a complete report. Right now we have a question that lists what images are required and asks if they are attached and the employee would select Yes or No. Often what happens is that the answer Yes is selected but not all of the required images are there. It would be the very useful to be able to create the custom questions “Take a picture of X” and have it require media as the answer.
