Dynamic filter lists in Analytics

Hi Ben - I just added a reply to your previous comment but I’ll share again here for anyone else who sees this comment. You’re certainly not alone in feeling this frustration around the sites filter! We have been working hard on a new version of Analytics which is currently in an opt-in stage. We have corrected this problem as part of that new build and we’d be excited to share it with you should you like us to switch it on. We’ll be rolling it out this new version to all customers in the next few months.

So this change would affect everyone, not just you. However all of the existing reports remain accessible, we’re simply adding a new landing page plus enabling the additional functionality to create and share your own custom reports. The ability to create and share reports is currently restricted to people in your organisation with the Data Access permission. 

I’ll message you separately to confirm your Organisation ID & discuss when may be a good time for us to switch this on for you.

Site-based dashboards are now live in the platform - this means that the data the viewer sees is from the sites they’re a member of.
