Add ability to include special characters in Number fields on inspection templates.

+2We use work order numbers to identify each inspection when completed against a work order.
These are commonly 12345678/1 the /1 being the first version of that work order, it can go as high as /9
I have to set all these fields to text currently as numbers do not support anything other than a number. We would need to be able to enter either a / - or a space.
