Need to be able to trigger an action if the site required is not listed.

This is so that a site needs be added.

I agree.
There needs to be a notification i think when any person enters this so whether an action or similar this should be a Red Flag.

In some industries i would imagine that there would be ad-hoc situations though when sites will not be list and may be required.

But i do agree with this as sites are centric to the inspection / Issue system for linking it in the Org or external.

I agree. Ther should be an option to add site in the mobile app or atleast collect the neccesary data to create a new site.

My workaound has been:

An extra question underneath the site list.

The question is formulated so it’s only neccesary to fill it out if the site is not listed.

Create a logic based on on the text answer box and notify me if the textbox is not empty.

This way when the operator can’t find the site listed and fills out the text, I will be notified on the inspection completion.

I understand and can add all logic types etc and use that as part of template design and development.

However this needs an automated logic response in some parts so that we have a designated and controlled system.

Thank you for your reply. Appreciated
