Can i request a review of the following ref Practical's.

Having the ability via Edapps to have a unique QR per learner or a signature so that when Practical is being completed they prove that they have accepted the result of the practical?

This is an improvement to demonstrate that the learner agrees with the outcome of the practical sometimes on site validation and check.

 

Also that we can have date picker instead of current format which is not good?

Also.
A warning or similar should come up when choosing submit.

This should be to explain that when submitted no changes can be made to the practical assessment.

This is not the case and sometimes people may submit but then want to edit.

My opinion is that a warning should come up and then the person submitting must then type in a word such as SUBMIT or APPROVE as this is the final step and should ensure that the practical has been double checked prior to submitting.

And.
The way that I plan the Practical is staged so that they do some awareness of the subject via SC Course etc. 
Then after they complete the eLEarning then they have to then complete the practical.

That is my approach and it works with good feedback.
Therefore they actually get a QR code when they are ready to do the practical after the Elearning awareness.

 

The gap then is as follows.
Something that then alerts to the admin / assessors that x person requires a practical.

For our business we are in any place undertaking projects and the learners who will require practical's are project based personnel that are expected at some point to undertake the activity etc linked to the Practical

Thanks for the great feedback here.

In regards to the learner acknowledgement, we’re hearing this is important across the board for any training content so I believe we need to find a solution here. We’re also hearing from other customers that the need to edit a practical assessment submission is a point of friction. Your last point around a notification sent to the assessor/admin when the practical is ready to be completed makes a lot of sense - we should reduce any burden on having to monitor when it is ready to complete. We’ll take this into account when we’re assessing what to prioritise for our roadmap.
