Folders for Inspections (not just templates)

Hey Dangerous Dave,

We appreciate the feedback and it is certainly something we do hear of. I would love to understand how your folder structure in inspections would work so have a couple of questions:

1. Would folder in inspections be different to the folder structure you have in Templates, or would you expect them to be the same?
2. You mentioned “Archive is great” and ““This would benefit those with multiple sites to adapt and list into folders per site”. So off the back of that, would different views make more sense where you can have saved filters?

Any other context as to the problems you are currently having would be great.

i also have been asking for folders for the inspections. I would expect it to look like the template folders. I would be using the folders to separate out departments and or sites

The issue is we can only create folders for templates to be added into.

When you do an inspection it just stays in the main listing as we have no place for them to be added into - only to archive them.

I would prefer ability to create a folder to allow me to move inspections into so they just dont sit in the main listing.

I am having a Teams call with one of the Safety Culture people about this tomorrow so will inform her.

How was your meeting did you have a good outcome or the folders available yet?

I’d also like the ability to add rules, such as one that will allow inspections (based on template) to be moved to a particular folder automatically.

still no update on this? this is huge for us!

I’m curious why folders for inspections is not being considered.  Folders still needs improvements for templates, but it would just make sense to carry those same folders over to inspections to keep them organized.
