To really make the ISSUES aspect of Safety Culture useful and competitive to other software solutions you really need to add a customizable Hazard Matrix so that if there is an Issue it can be tracked by it’s Risk Level which would be assigned by answering questions from the categories of likelihood and severity.
It can be an optional field, but it’s integral.
Hazard Matrix would also be useful in inspection templates. We have templates for operations planning and risk assessment is a part of this.
