It would be great to retain applicable answers and media from previous reports. Maybe, similar to an outstanding action button.
For example, we have a question Does the site have an Erosion Sediment Control Plan? The list of answers includes ‘Yes’, ‘Yes, refer to media’ and ‘No’. When Yes, refer to media is chosen, we then need to upload a PDF file from the computer.
Let's say we visit this site 20 times, we need to undertake the above process each time. It is a pain to say the least.
