More filters on Issues

Filtering to show resolved issues within a certain date range, much like we have a filter for created within a certain range.

Agree.

However the filtering across the platform needs to be consistent.

The current filtering is not that bad, but some tweaks are required.

The priority.

As a default this should be similar to actions. Where the Org sets these so in the setting this fits the business requirements /policies and procedures.

IMO - there also needs to be a CRITICAL or VERY HIGH. This is a major risk event that requires investigating etc

It should initially mirror actions and have labels that anchor it to a specific type of issue.

It does however require more logic and filters in order for greater drive to close in a timely manner.

It may also assist where the Issue is Critical or High to have a logic that MUST for an approval for the closure based on the risk to the business.

This approval route is essential but requires flexibility.

LABELS

Need to be added to Issues like actions and then expanded throughout the system. To me this is an anchor for the root part of any Issue.

With regards to the Issues overview?

There is an option for;

1. Linked Inspections
2. Linked Actions

A little confusing as I would expect to really create an issue from an inspection or an action?

So when undertaking either there would be an option to create an issue?

I think i must be mis-interpreting the logic.

I do not see the reason to create an action - if an issue has been created by anyone?

Similar to inspections as this can only be created by a user so mixed and confusing really.

Would love some feedback about what the logic is for this???
