Dynamically add questions during inspection

During inspections, I sometimes respond on answers with a question, which I haven’t planned. It would be very helpful if I could add this question (free text field) with the given answer to the inspection.

Hi @Cornelia thank you very much for raising this idea. That could be a really innovative way to dynamically improve the data collection process in your improvement loop. We’ll keep that in mind in the event that we get the opportunity to iterate on this part of the product in the future.
