Incorporate a DMS function into the platform

At the moment we have morning inspections and work place checklists as digital inspections on SC. It would be amazing if there was a way to store SOPs and Policy (the associated documents around the checklists) also in SC. Having SC able to send out reminders when they are due for renewal would be a requirement. Having a DMS attached to SC where site inspections are completed would help reduce reliance on paper, and help manufacturing and construction companies go paper-free. This would link nicely with the training module, part of my company’s SOP competency sign off involves a small multiple choice question set, moving SOPs to SC would encourage users to also have the SOP training within SC.

Thanks for expressing interest for DMS functionality and the related usecases. We are currently working on a simplified centralised document storage functionality in SC platform. Its still early phase and happy to chat with you if you want to try and give us some feedback.
