In our process, whenever there is a false response, we ask a sub-question Corrected on Site? Y/N

We would like to count how many times the sub-question was answered as Yes as it relates to its parent question. For us, each parent question is associated with a different $ amount. This would allow us to do a cost avoidance analysis.

Hi @mderec01 thank you very much for sharing this with us.

This use case will help us inform future roadmap decisions around how we count and display different data sets related to different questions.

Thanks again!

Paddy

Hi @mderec01 đź‘‹đźŹĽ

Just to chime in here as well, in case this works – you might be able to achieve what you’re looking for in Analytics by creating a chart that’s filtering based on question responses 📊

I encourage you to take a look at our support article and try for yourself to see it does the trick :)

Hi @jackihann ,

in our use case, each parent question is tied to a different $ amount. In the sub-question, we ask “was this corrected on site” in the parent question, the $ amount is for a potential infraction that the city may fine us. One question is “permits posted?” Which could be $100 fine and another question is “ pedestrian channel walkway” which could be $300 . We’d like to sum up the potential cost avoidance each time the question was answered corrected on site .

Hey @mderec01,

If the response type is a template-default Yes/No/Na or a GRS, it’s now supported in New Analytics via the `Responses` metric.
