Thank you for joining us for Session 2 of our SC Foundations Series: Templates, Reporting & Access Rules.

We hope you found the session insightful. For those looking to take some of the key learnings into your business, we recommend the following activity: Consolidate and Standardise Your Templates

  • Look through your top 5 used templates and review questions…
    - Can you implement logic to simplify UX?
    - Can you apply flagged items to specific questions to identify risk areas?
    - Can you replace text fields with MC/GRS to get consistent responses & clarity on trends?
  • Review inspection titles – are there data points you can include to give more value at a glance?

For those looking for the session recording, this will be available within 24hrs in this Community Group.

Did this topic help you find an answer to your question?

What is GRS?

MC I'd multiple choice?

In you chat the acronyms are fine however too many can cause confusion.

Everything else with lots of logic from. Simple to complex templates is already what we use.

Will look at the presentation as the timings for UK are not friendly for attending live.

Thank you.

Having looked through I know now what GRS is global response sets which we use.

However please remember that there are limitations with GRS use from history and data analysis.

They are good but not the answer to all queries.

My little negative is still like so many have mentioned before.

A separate Risk Assessment template or area when such an assessment is done within SC.

Taking into account how you have added all the type now to Number label I am astounded that the ability to not have a global risk assessment template linked into SC and assets, training, heads up, issues etc is a little bit of an issue.

If we take the brand name safety culture then it relates to keeping things safe and inclusion of individuals.

In the UK, USA, Australia and many other countries the starting point for this would eba legal assessment of risk. (risk assessment).

This then starts the process that may include Method Statements or Safe Systems of Work that maybe Safe Working Procedures.

These are approved and part of the legal side of acceptance by personnel, contractors etc.

They then link to people, assets, monitoring, issues, training, heads up, inspections, logic, gaps (failed items) etc.

So although the reply in this thread may not specifically be for the foundation presentations imo it is linked.

It links everything and is the starting point for SC.

Can we please please look at his in order to fully start to embed SC as an Health and Safety Management System tool?

Regards Johnny
