Hi all,

Keen to hear how this is progressing as is it something we would be very keen to see integrated into I-Audutor.

Regards,

Johnny

Hey @Johnny Meehan! I’m excited to hear about your eagerness to join the Lone Worker EA program. I’ve passed along the group members' details to the Product team, and they’ll confirm with me as soon as the feature is granted. I’ll keep you updated and get back to you as soon as possible. Thanks very much for your patience 🙏🏽

Hi all,

I am running some field tests on the lone working feature. I have set up the escalation settings to alert me first.

I then asked the user to set a Panic alert. I got an email with the alert but I did not get any notifications on my mobile device. When i open the I-Auditor app and check the notification center there is a notification there but I do not get alerted to it in the app or from the home screen on my phone. I have tried the test twice and got the same result. I have checked my notification setting on my mobile device(Iphone 15 Pro) and I have all of them enabled including critical alerts. I have check the notification setting on the I-Auditor web portal and i have have push and email notifications enabled.

Should I be getting a banner/sound/alert on my phone when a Panic is triggered or when a user fails check in?

Thanks,

Johnny

Hey Johnny,

Thanks for reaching out. I have been testing today and am experiencing the same as you. I get it inside the notifications section, but not as an actual push notification.

I’ll be logging it as an issue internally and will get this resolved as soon as we can.

If you haven’t already, i highly recommend adding you phone number into your user profile and turning on SMS notifications.

With the noise, particularly the check in, are you expecting a noise when it’s asking for a check in or when one of your team fails to check in?

Please give us a shout if you have any other feedback and I’ll get back you about the push notifications.

Thanks

Ryan

Thanks @Ryan Clement,

When a user fails to check in or raises a panic alarm I would expect an email, an SMS and an alert on my phone. These alerts should be as prominent as possible.

On my phone in the IOS settings under notifications/Safety Culture there is an option to turn on “critical alerts” which I have set to on. As you will see in the attached screen grab the alerts should appear regardless of the phone being muted or if Focus is on.

Given how important a panic or missed check in is and that it could be critical to someone's survival I expect every possible notification to be issued.

Please let me know if you require any further information from my side.

Best Regards,

Johnny
