I have been using Edapps for quite some time so assumed that Sc Training would be the same and offer the same amount of data / info.

However quite disappointed after speaking to an advisor.

Can we please look at the following improvements?

  • Ability to really interrogate the performance dashboard.
  • This is not to the same level as Edapps
  • Can we have the ability to assess and perform detailed checks such as who completed what and when in a users check.
  • At the moment this seems singular when searching
  • The ability to add a date range or similar and then find what courses were done by a user in that date range
  • The actual graphs are really misleading as currently the info is not accessible when clicking on them???
  • The indication when hovering on a graph is that this will take you to more in depth info but it does not?

I feel an expansion is required in order that we can explore who is doing what and when.

This can be by normal courses or mandatory but we now need an automation side to this.
When a course date is set, yes it give the learner a reminder etc but the front end needs more work in my opinion so that it links to the goal of the Org.

There are other things that are also missing but i do not have the time at the moment to explore and feedback about all of this given the time and date today.

Hey @jonnyg,

Appreciate the input! I have some clarifying answers and question below 😀

Ability to really interrogate the performance dashboard

I’d love to dig a little deeper into what you mean by this?

Can we have the ability to assess and perform detailed checks such as who completed what and when in a users check.

I’d like to point you toward training matrix which gives details of which users have done what courses, which courses are overdue, all in a simple matrix.

The actual graphs are really misleading as currently the info is not accessible when clicking on them? The indication when hovering on a graph is that this will take you to more in depth info but it does not?

When you hover over the graph, it provides the exact number of active users (as an example). I’m keen to understand what information you’d expect to see when you click on it exactly

Otherwise, I’ve added this to our wish list
