Hey ​@Keanu, how are you currently logging in? If you’re manually typing in your username or password, can you try selecting the remember me option? I’ve tested this on my end and it allows me to remain logged in each time I access the platform -

No problem, thanks for clarifying! I’ve chatted with our Support team and as far we are aware, most PCs should retain the login information for the user's account, especially if they’re not using SSO or any tool to manage logins on their computer. Are you perhaps currently using incognito mode? If so, this would be expected, however if you’re using normal browsing mode, the expected behaviour is for you to remain logged in. That being said, if you are using a business device, we do recommend logging out simply for security reasons.

My workaround for this is to minimise the screen rather than close it and just leave it open on the taskbar. I do this with all apps I use regularly like Outlook, Teams and Safety Culture. It will only log you out then when you turn your computer off because you will have to close the app down. If you are able to set up SSO for Safety Culture it makes logging in much easier as well. Hope this helps!
