You can set logic on one of the questions, pick “notification” as the option, then choose to have it send the notification when the inspection is completed.  The notification will email you when they close out the inspection - the only quirk is that the email is stating that they selected a specific answer on a specific question of that inspection. However, it sends you a link to the inspection (to the location of the question you added the logic to) and will be at the timing you want the notification.
