Thanks for the reply. 

I created a template with some extra questions on the first page. On the report the questions run into second page which didn’t look right. So I created a second page in the template, but I’m unable to drag the questions from the first page to the second page.

You can’t move questions from the Title Page (first page) to another page or from another page to the Title Page.  I end up having to copy the question and paste it, then delete the original.  It’s a bit of a pain that this is a limitation.

You can easily move questions from any other page to another page, aside from that first Title Page. The only quirk I have found, perhaps call it a bug, is that if you drag a question from one page to the top of another page above the first question on that page, it bounces back to the original page, but at the top of the page.  That is a bit frustrating.  You have to drag it anywhere on the new page below that page’s first question. If you then want it to be the first question, you can move it a second time to the top of the page.
