I’m Serena and I’m a Product Designer looking into Contractor Management at SafetyCulture. We’ve heard lots of feedback about the need to pre-qualify the companies/contractors you are about to work with, and having a place to store details and documentation about those companies.

 

A couple questions I had:

  1. How do you go about requesting documents from companies and defining the required documentation?
  2. What specific fields or details would you like to document for each company? Are there differences in the information needed based on the type of contractor company?
  3. How do you currently track the expiration status of documents across the various companies you work with?
  4. Regarding access/visibility, who within your organisation is allowed to view the list of companies you engage with? Is it open to everyone or restricted to certain individuals?
