I’d like to ask the community if they’ve had any success integrating SafetyCulture with Salesforce?

Have they had any success?

I’d like to send inspections from SafetyCulture into a person’s profile on Salesforce. Also raise a task to complete an inspection from Salesforce back into SafetyCulture (not sure which feature - Action/ Issue/ one off Schedule?) and the results go back into Salesforce.

Hi Tiffany,

We have built and run Salesforce integrations for Enterprise customers. Salesforce generally has good API coverage.

Is there a challenge you have found with implementing these workflows you would like to ask about?

At the moment we just wanted to know if it was possible to integrate with Salesforce. It would be interesting if any customer had success and what their use case would be.

We have a good IT team and hoped that we could do the Intergration ourselves on a Premium account.
