Hi everyone,

 

Do phone deep links only work in safari?

Tried using it in Chrome and doesn’t work … would have been nice to mention this in the help article.

Thanks for confirming @nickm! I did a little research, and it looks like this is a limitation with all deep links in browsers other than Safari on iOS and iPadOS – see this post from the Apple Developer Forum.

Sadly, it’s something that developers, such as ourselves, have to count on Chrome to support 😔

Hi @nickm, just to confirm, are you using Chrome on your mobile device? And found that it’s not supporting deep links?
