New user here- Am I able to assign a training to another user prior to purchasing? What feature is best to purchase as we will need this for our organization but are not quite there yet. Also, read in this community dialogue, that trainings are assigned to “groups?” Do I need to merge the user into a “group”?

As you start to ascertain which plan and purchase is best, it’s important to note that course and quiz assignments are only available to organisations on the SafetyCulture Premium Plan or Enterprise Plan. If you’re currently on the Free Plan, the courses and quizzes you create are available to all users by default.
That said, if you’d like to assign a course or quiz to a specific user, as this stage they will need to be apart of your SafetyCulture organisation. Additionally, at this stage, in order to assign, that user must be apart a selected groups and/or site. Individual assignment isn’t currently available, however it is a planned feature on our roadmap!
