We had a situation where someone could not complete a scheduled monthly inspection that they had started before the end of their shift. They also could not return to work for an extended period, so we decided it would be best to archive the inspection so that someone else could complete it. We discovered that when you archive a scheduled inspection, the schedule still shows the inspection as complete. How are others handling this? For now, we have implemented a system where if you archive an inspection, you have to check if it is attached to a schedule, but there is no easy way in the app/web to know if an in-progress inspection is tied to a schedule.
