Thank you for reaching out. Can I please confirm that you are hoping to pass information that has already been recorded within the inspection (say on page 1) to logic based questions in a different part of the inspection (say on page 3)? Or are you hoping to see this in a reporting feature?

A call would be great. Maybe you can help provide a solution to my problem.

Im hoping to pass logic based questions, our techs are forced to fill out, onto the flagged items section so this can be viewed at a glance. 

Currently the flagged items process relies on a note entry, which is sometimes being missed or not completed.

It is also incredibly useful for core information to be viewed at a glance in the reports.

Thanks for getting back so quick. That’s disappointing to hear.  

My next question would be then as notes are the way to achieve this;

Is there a way to pre-populate the notes sections for certain questions?

I.e. 

That would be a really great action! I could definatly use something like this. As it is, I do not believe something exists.

To get around this, I have had to create an ‘instruction’ to engage the technician to use this format when flagging failed itmes.

ie : when reporteing flagged items please use this format to entering information

 

Haha, I’ve been trying to use this also with the idea being auditors can copy and paste the instructions into the note. 

However, this is only possible when using the web browser on phone, not the App… 

Most the guys prefer and use the app… 

The app is indeed more efficient when moving around site :)
