Plant Prestart

Key gaps / ideas Synchronising hour meter  Integration with assets to have option to conduct tailored pre-operational inspection for individual plant Ability to identify faults for prestart inspection and provide a result to the operator based on severity of the fault (i.e Safe to Operate, Non critical issue, Do not operate  Ability to store/attach documents (OEM manual, Risk Assessments  etc to a machine library)  Overview on Assets tab of status of Plant Prestarts which sync when completed  Track issues which are identified on Prestarts for maintenance scheduling  Service Schedules and alert when Service is upcoming / overdue depending on the interval setup for the plant (500hrs/10,000km for example)   Generate a QR code for each plant that bring you to prestart page to conduct Cheers Austin

Agree with the above around review inspections, document management and control. Particularly in the space of incident investigations.I posted about this and SC rep mentioned the below was forecast for later in 2023: ‘’Towards the end of this year and into next year we plan to start bringing in a higher fidelity “Inspection Approvals Process” which I think could address this feedback you have given so stay tuned’’ !
