How does everyone capture safety events?

Thanks for all the great insights, everyone!Yeah, I agree @Ben Edwards, I was hoping for an incident management tool when the Issues feature was first released, but wasn’t really so.But I might spent some time to look into it again to see what new functionalities they’ve added since.

Is it possible to send an email to another person when an answer has been selected from an inspection?

I think this is the article @Ollie is referring to: https://help.safetyculture.com/en_us/1063912808-Hyoj7dFEPEssentially “notify” is one of the logic conditions that you can set to trigger notifications.

How's everyone staying on top of corrective action opportunities at their workplace?

Hey @The droids you're looking for , My team have been using the Actions feature a lot lately. Creating corrective actions while conducting actions, but also creating individual tasks (I think it’s called, standalone actions). It’s a great way to assign, track, label, and collaborate to get things done! Thanks @Ollie! I’ve explored the feature before but have found my team not really completing them.Have you had success in maintaining a good completion rate?

I have free seats for my users, but I don’t understand the 3 lifetime inspections limit?

Yeah, just to add on to what @Oscar Hindley mentioned, it’s up to 3 inspections for as long as they’re in a free seat.Once a user in a free seat reaches that limit, they won’t be able to conduct anymore inspections until their seat type is changed to a full seat.

Hey @Jacob K! Welcome to the community :)As far as I know, you can’t delete custom response sets 🤔but I’d love to be able to do that, as some of my templates are wayyy too crowded with unused response sets…

I'm trying to add colleague to SafetyCultre but they not get the invite

No worries @Yuming! If the incorrect email ended up creating a new user account, you’ll also want to remove that incorrect account so it doesn’t charge you for the seat if you’re on premium.You can follow the instructions in this article:Log in to the web app. Click your organization name on the lower-left corner of the page and select Users. Click more_vert on the right of the user's row and select Remove user. In the pop-up window, search and select the user you want to reassign their inspections and templates to. Click Reassign and remove.

Ahh actually, does this person already have an account? The steps I shared only works if they have any account already, AND I’d also check the email address for where you sent the invite to make sure it’s correct.

I think my reply HERE should help!Copying and pasting here for ease:I found this support article from their help center – you should be able to find the invite appear in your profile settings and accept the invite to join your company’s SafetyCulture organisation straight away.For ease of consumption, I copied their instructions:Accept via the web appLog in to the web app. Click your username on the lower-left corner of the page and select Profile settings. Find the invite in the "Team Invitations" box and click Join. Click Refresh Page in the pop-up window to reflect the change on your web app.
