Hi @Ady ,I’m excited to say we’ve begun work on bringing document management to the SC platform. This will include the ability to save files, manage versions, arrange in folders and manage permissions.In your post you mention alerts, review and assigning to people - can you share some more on what this is and how it could help what you’re trying to achieve?

Thanks Corey,We couldn’t agree more. We’ve been discussing the need for this mode as well. The draft thinking is that the admin will be able to put a device in “shared” mode which would make a kiosk style log in available to make it as easy as select yourself and to type in a 4 digit pin. I don’t currently have a timeframe for development of this capability and will include you in the research when we get to it. Let’s check in on this the next time we catch up too.I’ll add this to ideas part of the Community so that people can vote it up and we can get feedback.Thanks again Corey!HughVP Product, SafetyCulture.

Hi Broc and Corey,Still in review, we’re considering changing the name of “Issues” to “Observations”. Would this serve you better?We’re looking at making some changes in this space that may also be helpful and I’d value your feedback on them.Introduction of more flexibility in the questions asked with the ability to hide default questions or make their completion mandatory. Introduction of views/registers that will allow you to separate For instance, this would allow you to separate your hazard/near miss/incident reporting from suggestions, recognition categories.

NFC Tags

Hi Brian,Hopefully I have some good news for you. NFC tags will work today. If you select “Get QR Code” from the inspection template you’ll find the link underneath the image of the QR Code. The link is a URI, which is like a URL but opens directly into the app.You can copy the link and use any NFC writer to write it to a NFC tag and should be up and running.We’d love to hear how you go with it. NFC tags are becoming an increasingly popular way to launch inspections, assets and issues!
