Advanced in making SC our HSMS and Quality with hopefully linking to our self employed contractor base to build up the competency information and then embed SC Training for that group.

We have already got this in place for our management teams.

Keep mentioning this but will ask again.

Have been using SC for a few years doing 6S internal Audits.  

As the Lead AS9100 Internal Auditor, I may look deeper in adding my internal audits into SC.

Leveraged Assets for asset management and their preventative maintenance, maintenance is now in control of that.

Looking at incorporating safety audits/investigations for the next step, but I need to better understand privacy and the application into OSHA reporting.

Thank you @jonnyg! I am aware of your ask and need for risk assessment templates, and I am advocating for you!!! Currently trying understand where this stands and how our other customers are currently managing this limitation. 

 

Thank you for sharing @Michael Matlin! Sounds interesting. Would you be happy to elaborate a bit further on the privacy elements and OSHA reporting so I can get the most relevant information to you?

@Bianca.Taylor   I believe that I have addressed the security/HIPPA concerns with user and/or site permissions.  The next thing would be looking at a way to populate the OSHA form 301 that would be acceptable to OSHA since they will only accept their form in .pdf format through their online portal.

As a department we have been using SC for a year or so now and the company is now looking to roll it out in to more of our departments. 

 

I have created various templates for our field engineers inc Risk assessments, Onsite work sheets, times sheets, vehicle inspections. 

 

Love the platform but I wouldn't mind having some further training so that i can fine tune the way we use it and further educate people within our company.

If you have not already done so, I strongly recommend a face-to-face visit when SC is having one of their training or Better events.

Rumor is there will be a world event in 2025 and if it is anything like the event in 2019 it will need to be a “must attend” thing.  The breakout sessions and networking are well worth it.
