Product updates
In July, we shared with you the exciting release of:
- Emoji reactions in Heads Up → Say it all without saying a thing! You now have access to 12 emoji reactions in Heads Up, offering you many more emotive options with just a tap of your finger.
In addition to our Emoji reactions release, you may have also noticed these updates in the platform:
- Response breakdown chart in New Analytics → Identify interests, patterns and trends by filtering your data by questions and responses.
- Add up to 10 custom questions in Issues categories → We’ve raised the restriction on custom questions! Enjoy up to 10 custom questions to capture that critical information when reporting an issue.

- We launched our first Community Early Access group! Thank you to everyone involved for your insightful discussions and valuable feedback. You play such a crucial part in SafetyCulture’s growth and development - keep it coming!
- We celebrated the success of MLSE (Maple Leaf Sports & Entertainment) as they continue to transform food safety with SC.
- We kicked off Tuesday Tips! An initiative to showcases the intuitive workarounds and tips shared by our fellow Community members as well as the SC team.
