Support annotation on the web appNew

We have tried to use the Annotate question in our templates, but it is quite lacking, in my opinion, in that you can’t add a templated image for them to annotate, nor can you annotate in the webapp.I propose that the template author can load an image to be annotated, such as a vehicle outline for a vehicle handover check - think like a rental car sheet you mark bumpos and scuffs on.The annotate function should then work on all apps and wthe webapp if required.

Capture signatures remotely or using integrations (DocuSign, SignNow, etc.)New

We currently use a different software to manage our Permit to Work documents, which require to be remotely signed by the subcontractor.SafetyCulture should be able to send a form for signing, ideally this is done within the platform, or there are API’s for DocuSign, SignNow, PandaDoc etc.The signed document should be stored in SafetyCulture for future reference, and maybe this could be held against a persons profile.Another use for this could be site inductions, which could be sent prior to an engineer attending site.

Add a "User" Question fieldNew

Just like the Asset question type that was introduced recently, can a question field be added that will pull a list of names from users within the organisation? Currently we can only use free text for people’s names in Inspections, which means we cannot run any sort of analysis or trends against individuals.Use Case 1:We use SafetyCulture to perform our Accident Investigation Reports, and within we have a section for people involved, so we could see how often John Smith is involved in an event, or how often Jimmy Jones was the person causing an event etc We have a repeating section where the user can add a Person, with the first question being their name. If the question could be a dropdown of all system users, that would reduce errors in manual free text entries. Use Case 2:We inspect our field teams on Health & Safety standards, and would always look to include the team member’s names, so we could analyse the score of that team over time. We have a repeating section where the use

Allow an Asset to be used anywhereNew

We love the new Assets feature in SafetyCulture, but the use cases we have in our organisation mean that the current functionality limits how we want to use Assets in Inspections.An Asset may only be a question on the Title page of an inspection, and the Asset type question can only be used once.Our idea is that multiple assets can be used on any inspection, and also anywhere else in the inspection, not only the Title Page.For example, we have an Accident Investigation Report, which has multiple pages. Page 3 includes all of the relevant Vehicles, Plant, Tools, Equipment etc, which were involved in the event, and so this means we cannot utilise the Assets feature here.Our workaround is to use the API to create Global Response Sets, but this can be time-consuming to setup and maintain, as well as meaning we have to complete other details of the Vehicles, Plant, Tools, Equipment in adjoining questions, which generally are text fields, and so we lose the functionality to run proper root c

Global Response Set - Linked ListsNew

Global Response Sets (GRS) are great, and although we like to use the API to create these, oftentimes that means the GRS contains a LOT of options.An idea would be that based on a previous response, the GRS could be filtered based on that former response.Instead of using the existing logic to show/hide questions with shorter GRS options (i.e. a separate GRS for each type), it is the same question that contains the data; this allows for a much cleaner root cause analysis and trending.A use case could be the following:A GRS exists for all job IDs for our tasks our field engineers undertake The GRS should have the ability to contain multiple columns of data, e.g. job ID, Engineer completing the task, Date of the works, Location etc Question A asks for the date of the job, which the user completes using the date picker Question B asks the user to pick the correct job ID - the options in the GRS are limited to the date from question A, which would reduce errorsThe functionality could then e

Allow photographs to be zoomed in on WebAppNew

When using the web app for viewing photographs which have been uploaded to Issues or Inspections, there is no way to zoom in on the image. This means we generally have to right click the image and then save to a local drive to use the Photo Viewer in Windows. Can we either have the same function to zoom using the scroll wheel, or perhaps a seperate magnifying button?Note that this function works on mobile (iOS).

Separate Investigations into a Distinct Section for Enhanced EHS ManagementNew

Ensure site completion/selection in issues and inspectionsNew

We have a lot of instances whereby the Site is not selected on an Issue or an Inspection - our permissions are set so that a colleague can only ever see an issue or Inspection in their site, and when they fail to add it, then they no longer can access and it takes a superuser to go and fix it to make it visible once more.We have a very complex site hierarchy in our organisation, and so it is imperative that the site is selected correctly.I have some suggestions which would make improvements to the UX:Do not let an Issue be raised without a site, even if that means marking it as ‘My site is not listed’ If backing out from an Issue without a site, a warning should appear to suggest a Site needs to be included before they leave When starting an Inspection from an Issue, match the Site which was selected in the Issue If backing out from an Inspection without a site, a warning should appear to suggest a Site needs to be included before they leave If a user has only one site in their profile
