Hey all, 

We are going to be starting a project with limited internet connection. Wondering if we can still use the functions of SC to report issues/hazards etc? Will they sync when connection is made? 

Any help is appreciated.

I can confirm that you are able to use aspects of SC offline (/with limited internet connection). That being said, there are some limitations associated to the areas that are currently supported offline.
