Hey all, I’ve been receiving monthly invoices to my mailbox for our safety culture account. I don’t think I’m supposed to see these as I am not our POC for accounts. Does anyone know why this is happening and how I can stop this?

Great question @catson! If you’re the person who initially set up your SafetyCulture organisation, your account email would’ve been used as the default for billing emails, which is likely why you’re receiving the invoices.

This is something you can change easily via the web app – you can follow the instructions in this support article to do so :)
