I downloaded a template for ISO9001 process audits.

I modified it same as a previous one that works without problems.

At the end of the test inspection, the total score is always 0/0 % even if the the response tags have the correct weight (e.g. Meets requirement → 1 - improvement opportunity → 0.5 etc..)

Can you please help me asap?

I wanted to double check a couple of things before raising this with support internally, if that’s okay? 

  1. The scoring was enabled for the inspection? If you can check on these settings for me, that would be great. 
  1. That scoring hadn’t been disabled in the report layout? This might explain why you’re seeing 0% in the completed inspection, despite having scoring enabled in the template.
