I’m not sure if this is what you are looking for.

But go to inspections > Click on the inspection you wish to download an excel from and a box on the side should pop up > Click the arrow as shown in the picture and choose Excel.

Try that and see if the excel document it provides gives you everything you want.

I just tried your manipulation but I do not have the possibility to get out an Excel as you can see on the capture below. 

Yet I have a complete license, is there a special parameter to activate? 

Another question, we know how to extract the excel of several reports at the same time and not one by one? 

I have 200 reports to extract from.

You could try one of these ways to download an excel

1. Click on the Inspections from the left panel - https://app.safetyculture.com/inspections
   You can check boxes for the reports you want to export and at the bottom purple bar, you should see options to download as PDF, Excel etc.
2. willsellon above has clicked on the completed Inspection from the list here https://app.safetyculture.com/inspections
   That will bring up a panel that slides left to export using various formats.

You clicked on the inspection, and hit “View Report”. When you go there it does not give you an option.

You have to do it from the little panel that shows up when left clicking on an inspection from the Inspections tab. Click on the arrow as circled in red.
