I recently had an interaction with someone on LinkedIn who was unaware that it was possible to use QR codes to launch an inspection. I was ultimately able to point him in the right direction and help him get a bit more out of his subscription.

In any case… it started me thinking about two things:
- We do this all the time, but is it common? Who else is doing this? And in what contexts specifically?
- What other features of the platform are totally obvious to you, that maybe other people don’t know about? What little tips and tricks do you have that makes your workflow easier?
