We run a permit to work system with our sub-contractors utilising SafetyCulture. We share the templates externally and they complete the permits when required. When they have completed the permits they click an acknowledgement which gives us an instant notification via text and email.
This was extremely effective until yesterday when the notifications stopped coming through. If one of our internal users completes a permit, the notifications come through, it is just those shared outside of our company platform.
Support is working on it but thought it worth mentioning in case anyone else uses notifications with externally shared templates. If so, you may want to check you do not have the same issue.
