Hello.

 

We are using the features of Safety Culture in a little unconventional way. At first we wanted to use it for risk assessments and safety reports but we have created templates for all sorts of service trips in our industry.

We are now preparing to insert schedules for about 50 customers for regular service trips and the customer requires the report after each visit.

 

Is there any plans of being able to add our customers with a Guest access with limitation that they do not see anything but the assets and finished reports that are assigned to their site?

I have early access to companies which is based around sub-contractor compliance. Using a guest seat, I have set myself up as a user using my personal email. So I have raised the same question.

I didn’t find your post but I am sure that this question has been asked before.

My point is to be able to skip the step of sending a report to the customer after finishing and instead that they would be able to log-in to SC and download it themselves, and overview their equipment every time it is serviced or repaired.

At this stage, the team has communicated that there aren’t concrete plans to change permission sets just yet, however, it’s definitely on their radar for further discussion in the new year, as a few features would need to come together to support this development.
