I didn’t find your post but I am sure that this question has been asked before.
My point is to be able to skip the step of sending a report to the customer after finishing and instead that they would be able to log-in to SC and download it themselves, and overview their equipment every time it is serviced or repaired.
Hey @hordurfannar and @Andrew Gabb, thank you both for sharing your comments! I’ve passed them directly to our team managing the permissions sets. At this stage, the team has communicated that there aren’t concrete plans to change permission sets just yet, however, it’s definitely on their radar for further discussion in the new year, as a few features would need to come together to support this development.
