Hi.

Query. Would love feedback.

Looking at questions and checkboxes etc with a pictogram or similar without text.

This is for use with regards to any PPE, HAZARD TYPE, PROHIBITION SIGNS, EMERGENCY, FIRST AID YET.

Not seen a way of doing this yet but if the option was a check box with an icon of a label question with an icon then this would help not only for visual understanding but also for any reports or assessments that need to be accepted / reviewed by the target audience.

If anyone has any solutions to this or ideas then it would be welcome in sharing.

Regards Jonny

Thanks for sharing @jonnyg - I just have some clarifying questions if you don’t mind? :)

Are you envisioning the pictograms being used as response options for a specific type of question (e.g., checkbox or text-based questions)? Additionally, would you see these pictograms being incorporated directly into the template build for responders to select and use, or do you imagine another approach?

In the meantime, have you explored using the "add media" option to reference these pictograms in your forms? It might serve as a useful workaround while we consider how to implement this further.

Looking forward to hearing back 👍🏼

In the templates for custom response sets and checkboxes.

The pictograms and icon could be hazard icons, ppe icon and so on

This is a simpler approach for the end users as we reduce text and make it a visual more compelling way to use these response types and sets.

The add media is just a standard way to add info to an inspection I think media images and icons would be better in templates when building.
