How do I delete my SafetyCulture account?

My company told us that we’re using this new tool, SafetyCulture, so I signed up for an account to play around. I’ve since been sent an invite to my email, which I’ve used for my test account.

Can I delete my account so I can use the same email for the account with my company?

Pretty sure if you got an invite from your company, you don’t need to delete your account to free up the email.

I found this support article from their help center – you should be able to find the invite appear in your profile settings and accept the invite to join your company’s SafetyCulture organisation straight away.

For ease of consumption, I copied their instructions:

Accept via the web app

  1. Log in to the web app.
  2. Click your username on the lower-left corner of the page and select Profile settings.
  3. Find the invite in the "Team Invitations" box and click Join.
  4. Click Refresh Page in the pop-up window to reflect the change on your web app.

Thanks @The droids you're looking for. I didn’t realise you could do that. I just checked my account and the invite is there for me to accept. Worked like a charm.
