As part of the Golden Thread Drive.

Is competency for all contractors going to be part of the journey?

 

At the moment credentials cover 4 things?

Training is awareness and assets links to equipment.

There should be a protected area where the ability and training along with knowledge can be recorded as part of a drive to excellence by showing abilities and also where required the CV / Resume (live) for personnel.

 

This then drives best practise and would link into the other SC tabs and integrations.
