Hi all,

What does everyone find to be the best way to categorise “Issues”

I have been running with one as a “Safety Incident Report”
 

but I'm not sure if it better to split into several categories' 

 

Accident/Incident

Injury
Near Miss/Hazard

Vehicle Incident

 

you get the picture.

 

Just wondering if anyone had any useful Information, guidance or advice

The automated notifications can only be set at the issue category level so I think it’s a good idea to categorize based on who needs to receive the notifcations. E,g. maintenance issue category to alert maintenance / FM team then another category for Safety Incidents to the Safety leaders, then maybe another one for vehicles to the fleet team etc.
