Add a Customizable Hazard Matrix to Issues

To really make the ISSUES aspect of Safety Culture useful and competitive to other software solutions you really need to add a customizable Hazard Matrix so that if there is an Issue it can be tracked by it’s Risk Level which would be assigned by answering questions from the categories of likelihood and severity.It can be an optional field, but it’s integral.

Limit users who can DELETE an Action

I need to know how to access permission levels of users that can DELETE an Action.When an Action is OPEN and a user clicks on “...” they can Share or DELETE an Action. There’s no obvious way to do this. Also is there a log of who accessed an Action, if someone DELETES an Action who should not have done so, is there anyway to retrieve said action?

Ability to CC Managers(other parties) in Action

I’ve heard that there’s a workaround in the backend with APIs to create a type of carbon copy akin to emails for parties like managers that aren’t directly assigned tasks but need to see their statuses using Labels.It’s a shame that we have to waste our Labels feature on this basic missing feature.We currently use a program called OwlOps which has a CC function built into it allowing managers and other parties to see the status of tasks that impact their department but aren’t responsible for correcting them.Are there any ways to implement this CC function without interfering with the Labels feature?It’s an important feature that we will lose moving forward with Safety Culture.
