Track whether inspections are duplicated or notNew

Is there a way to determine whether an inspection is a duplicate or original from the templates in your system? Tyring to see whether individuals are simply duplicating an inspection or actually working through it. Maybe have option in background whether an inspection can be duplicated or not.

Document + media libraryNew

Have a place in the system where you can store documents /media for when the media is used in several inspections as an instruction.This would prevent having to update many inspections if the document / media changes .Document Library. This can be a selection when adding the media for the instruction.

Inspection filter option for number of notes added to questionsNew

In completed sections, sometimes people add notes instead of creating actions, the score is still 100% however there notes may need actioning. With lots of inspections to go through, can we add a choise of notes added ( total) to the filter. for exampleInspection / Action / Doc number / Score / Notes Added / Conducted / Completed

Removing archived inspections from app

after archiving an inspection in through the internet, the inspections seems to stay in the app as in progress.Is there a way to delete the inspection so it doesn’t sit in the app?
