Looping Questions on Inspections

We use SafetyCulture to track damages to vehicles at certain locations on the vehicle, for example on the windscreen. For each damage we take a photo and then record the type of damage (e.g. “Scratch”, “Chip”, “Crack”) and then some metric depending on damage type (e.g. for the “Scratch” damage type we then ask the user to input the length of the scratch).The windscreen could have multiple damages that need to be logged in this way and so a useful feature would be to allow the user to “Add another” or indicate “All damages Added” without needing to prescribe the number of damages (and therefore the number of questions in the template) in advance, which is unknown. “Add another” would allow the user to repeat the same question set to add another record of damage. “All damages Added” would allow the user to break the loop and move onto the next inspection area.A workaround using existing features would be to use the slider response type and add logic to display the respective number of f

Image-based Damage LocationsNew

Hi again,Related to my question on ‘Looping Questions on Inspections’. We currently guide the user through a vehicle inspection by asking them questions about the existence of damages on specific sections of a rental vehicle. We can currently use the ‘Repeat Section’ feature within the inspection template to allow the user to add multiple damages per location.It would be really cool if we could simply do this with a template image (see example below) of the area of the vehicle being inspected. Each time the user hits one of the ‘+’ icons it effectively repeats the section asking the user about the type of damage and to take a photo. Depending on which ‘+’ the user selects, the template already knows the location and therefore the user does not have to enter this piece of information. e.g. if they hit the ‘+’ on the headlight, ‘headlight’ automatically gets stored and the user manually adds the damage type.I think this format of user input would go a long way to reducing the number of p

Support for flagged item summary view while editing inspectionsNew

Hi,We use SC for inspecting rental vehicles. At the end of the inspection (before it is submitted) the customer is asked to review any logged issues and sign. Given the number of inspection points it is not very user friendly for the customer to scroll back through the pages and sections looking through every question and image.Is it possible to include some kind of summary of the flagged items in an inspection template? Having them located on a single page for the customer to review and sign off before the inspection is submitted would be good. I can see that an Overview and Flagged Items summary is available for submitted Inspections.Or maybe there is another way to do this?Thanks for any help.
