Kia ora,I have a couple of thoughts on notifications which I think would be benificial additions. Notifications can be added in templates which is useful, however it would be better if the user was able to select who they wanted to notify, either from individuals or groups. Essentially giving the user flexability within the framework. Ability to add selected administrators to credntial expiry notifications. In our situation the admin team oversee all the qualifications including monitoring of currency and training logistics. Currenlty the notification is just sent to the “User” which does not allow for optomised management. Question on this -  Could a report be generated weekly that notifies admin of the expired and expiring quals?Cheers

Sync unique IDs into inspectionsNew

Hi,Another function which would be benificial to iur business would be able to intergrate unnique inspection ID’s to templates. For example, we have a procurement template for ordering, tracking and dispatching goods and matreials. Aas the templates build up, personell can only really filter on the date etc. It would be good to have auto generated ID numbers on submited templates, as tis would make it easier to identify which order is being referenced when site is communicating with the procurement team.

Link credentials to asset typesNew

Would be great to link credentials to documentaion like a pre-start.So each time a pre-start is done it verifies that the use rhas the required credentials.

Hi,It would be beneficial to schedule inspections from a specific folder instead of a specific template, as the choice of template depends on the activities being performed at the time, aligning with our supervisors' KPI requirements for critical control verifications.Cheers

Health - Intergration with fitness tracking (Steps, Heart Rate etc)New

Hi,It would be cool to be able to intergare the use of Fit bits, garmins etc into SC stats if personal profiles were to be developed. SC is so great for compliance and ease of use in manageing safety & compliance. Intergrating fitness trackers to any degree would introduce an opportunity to look at the Health aspect of H&S. There would plenty of opprotunities to create site based health and weelness challenges. Cheers

Use of differnet colour fontsNew

Our Supervisors use a  handover template, which they duplicate and update weekly at shift change. Its a live document that they update on an ongong basis. They would like to be able to use differnet colour fonts to be able to more easily differentiate between each other updates, questions and respones.
