Stuck creating Power BI matrix visual from different inspection_items labels

Hi Jose, someone may be able to provide advice on using Power BI for this, but I would also suggest trying the Excel export from the Inspections Page in the app. It will export up to 10,000 inspections to a flat format much like you have shown in your desired output above and might save you some work.https://help.safetyculture.com/en-US/000072/

Displaying my Analytics report on SharePoint

Hi Tiffany,Unfortunately embedding SafetyCulture into another application isn’t possible today. The options are to provide a link to the relevant SafetyCulture Analytics Dashboard for users or build a Power BI dashboard from SafetyCulture data and embed that in sharepoint/ teams spaces etc.Thanks,Austin

Power Automate Connector

Thanks for your question. Our Power Automate connector has been available for several years and is one of the most popular ways to integrate SafetyCulture. We support and maintain the connector and have plans to add more features in the future. I encourage you to use it for your integration.Unfortunately Microsoft has not removed the Preview label and it is not something we are able to do ourselves.

Support for SafetyCulture connector for Tableau Exchange?

With the changes to Tableau web data connectors, we have ended support for our existing Tableau web data connector and don’t currently have plans to rebuild on the 3.0 model.We suggest Tableau customers export SafetyCulture data to a database and use that for analysis in Tableau. One technique you might like to try is to create a dedicated user for integrations: You can create a User with the name you would like to appear e.g. “Automated Workflow” Create a new SafetyCulture Connection in Integration Builder with that user’s API key Use the new connection in those recipes Actions will then appear as created by “Automated Workflow” Notifications can be configured separately for that user Permissions can be configured separately from your own account
