Is there any particular reason why when using the “duplicate inspection” function a new report number cannot be automatically generated? You can change the report number manually, but this introduces risk of human error which is counterintuitive to the purpose of the platform.

Hey @Joey_886, you raise a valid point here. I’ve chatted with our internal team who confirmed that duplicating inspections copies the existing responses, which as you’ve noted, includes the document number. This is expected and transparently a known limitation at this stage. Ideally, starting a fresh inspection from a template is encouraged to ensure all data is accurate, however we understand that this might not always align with every user's workflow.
